Websites that contain questionable material will need reviewed, and if a website becomes out of compliance the website will receive one warning before termination. Depending on the nature and material is not illegal, files will be transferred to owner to seek service elsewhere. Websites and/or Domains may be removed and transferred to you at any time if terms are broken, or payment has not been made for continued services. By purchasing, you agree not to hold me liable for any damages, loss, outages, or any other type of matter with the services I provide.
If you are not satisfied with your website design, you are eligible for 3 revisions (does not include WordPress setup), before I will cancel the order and refund in most circumstances. For website designs only, you will NOT receive files until after you completely agree, and are 100% satisfied with the website, design, and services provided. At this point, once files have been sent over to you. You are NO LONGER eligible for refund.
My prices are cheap because for this listing, I use some of the best, new, and fresh bootstrap html5 mobile friendly design templates online. I have built a website to assist me in the creation of my clients websites, and allows me to produce some of the best looking and customer appealing websites with the customer in mind. All to make a sale for me, and you!
*** Footer credits are added to each website, and WordPress to pay a little credit back to me in the form of a small link. If you wish to remove it, all I ask for is a donation that you think is fair. The choice is totally yours.
Again, if you wish to use my hosting and domain services the domain, and hosting account will be on my personal GoDaddy account. You will ONLY have FTP access to your website if needed to make future changes, if you wish to leave at any time and cancel services you may do so at any time free of charge. You will only incur charges if who your transferring too is charging, if you wish to open your own GoDaddy account you can do so as well and not incur any domain transfer fees.
