This is exactly the same thing as all the other lifts that are red listed here at 200 - 250. I paid 250 for mine.

we used to hang drywall 6 rooms including ceilings. most were 16ft sheets, and were 10ft up.
made job go easy but for large sheets needs 2 persons. one to put in place and one to start the screwing.
they all advertise you can do it yourself, but that would be an 8 ft sheet.
we are missing the top pin but they can be found at a hardware store.
breaks into 3 pieces and folds up for easy storage. I
don't need it anymore and due to health issues will not do this extensive renovations anymore.
