    Description

Lot of 4 tumbler drinking glasses from the 1962 Seattle World's Fair.  Glasses are angular; they narrow toward the bottom.  They measure about 5-5/8" tall.  The rim measures about 3" across; the bottom measures about 2" across. I believe the size is 10 oz.  They are clear, and each has a screen print of a different feature from the fair on the front.  They all say World's Fair 1962 around the bottom.  On the back is a description of the feature or pavilion.  I won't type all of them here, but the Coliseum 21 (now known as the space needle) says:  "Fabulous theme building of century 21 exposition, featured in this world of tomorrow are fascinating predictions of how man will work, live and play in the year 2000.  this unique pavilion rises as tall as an 11-story building".   They all have a gold rim at the top.  They are pre-owned, but in very nice condition.  The glass is glossy and the screen prints do not have any issues and the gold rim is in great condition.  They don't appear to have been used much, if at all.  Lot includes one each of the following:
United States Science Pavilion.  Design is green and white.
Coliseum 21 (Space Needle).  Design is turquoise and white.
Monorail.  Design is yellow and white.
World of Entertainment.  Design is brown and white.
