    Description

    RARE Edwin Knowles #K1007 "Ebonette" Pattern, Hand Painted Abstract Dinnerware.
    This pattern was made in the very early 1950's for only a short time. The pattern was not popular back then, so it was quickly discontinued. Today, abstract is in and the pattern is very popular (especially when found in excellent condition). You will search long & hard to find pieces, especially in excellent condition (which is evidenced by the small number of pieces currently on eBay).
    Description: The base color of the dinnerware is an almond/cream color. The pattern is a very unusual but effective black crisscross Hand Painted Pattern.
    Condition: Very good condition for its age. It is free of chips or cracks, but due to age may have some imperfections such as minor scratches, trim wear, light staining, and/or minor crazing. There is an area that looks like it might be chipped, but I believe it is part of the glaze. Condition is "Used". If you have any questions or would like to see more photos please message me.
